Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "uujl9" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the uujl9 online gaming platform operated at uujl9.cam, including all sub-pages, services, games, and related features.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any registered user of the uujl9 platform who has created a verified account.

Acceptance of Terms

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with forfeiture of any Account Balance.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the uujl9 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts identified by uujl9 will be permanently closed, and any funds held therein may be forfeited.

3.5 KYC Verification

uujl9 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending successful KYC verification. Acceptable Philippine government IDs include SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, Driver's License, and Passport.

Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uujl9 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. uujl9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your uujl9 account, you must notify us immediately via live chat or by emailing our support team. uujl9 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account pending investigation.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

uujl9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Operation of multiple accounts.
• Conduct deemed harmful to other players or to the integrity of the platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

uujl9 accepts deposits denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and Bank Transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the time of deposit. uujl9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to successful KYC verification. uujl9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

uujl9 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. uujl9 may delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML review without liability to the Player.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by uujl9 are subject to individual Terms published alongside each promotion. Unless otherwise specified, the following general conditions apply to all uujl9 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed KYC verification.

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the uujl9 bonus system — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, bet hedging specifically designed to clear bonus requirements risk-free, or any other method deemed abusive at uujl9's discretion — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them. Repeat or serious abuse may result in permanent account closure.

Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the uujl9 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be altered retroactively. uujl9 maintains full game logs and these logs constitute the definitive record of all gaming activity.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that results in an unresolved or disputed game outcome, uujl9 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's account. uujl9 shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising from technical malfunctions beyond the voided wager amount.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, the settlement rules for the affected market will apply as published. uujl9's settlement decisions on sports markets are final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uujl9 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

uujl9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the Account Balance held by that Player at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by uujl9's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Privacy & Data

uujl9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and the uujl9 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

uujl9 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with third-party payment processors and KYC verification providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for the transaction or verification being performed, and is governed by data processing agreements consistent with RA 10173 requirements.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The uujl9 platform operates under authorization from PAGCOR, and any regulatory matter shall be subject to PAGCOR's jurisdiction and enforcement powers.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the uujl9 platform, you agree to first contact uujl9 support in good faith to seek resolution. uujl9 will respond to formal disputes within five (5) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate courts of the Philippines or through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, as applicable.

13.3 Complaints

Formal complaints may be submitted to uujl9 in writing via the email address listed in Section 14. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated within 14 days. uujl9 will provide a written response with the outcome of the investigation.
